Meet Snuggles (click on the title of this blog post to see the photo).  She is the namesake for my Company.  When I started my pattern company 6 years ago, the was my constant companion in my studio and still is.  She thinks that every quilt I make belongs to her.  Sometimes when I am quilting a top, she's laying on one end of it.  She's had to be "shooed" from the studio a few times!

Snuggles Quilts patterns have her stamp of approval.  I hope you take a look at my patterns and see that she has good taste.

Quilting Tip the Week:

Organization is the key to having fun while creating a quilt.  Especially if you do not have a room dedicated to sewing alone.  I have found that having a box for each project in progress helps to keep things organized.  I have the extra fabric, the pattern and any special threads I am using in the box along with the pieces already cut and blocks already assembled. This way I can close up the box and store it when I have to clean up and not lose any items needed.  You can use unused pizza boxes or look in your local quilt shop or craft store for flat plastic containers made for this very purpose.

If you have a tip to make things easier. feel free to share!

Happy Quilting!
